Island of Montreal Cities

One Island of Montreal Cities divided into one City of Montreal and 19 boroughs and into seven (7) Cities, five (5) Towns, one (1) Ville, one (1) Village, one (1) Island with a total of 15 Montreal Cities and  environments for you to discover and to fall in love with.

The Town of Baie-DUrfe is located on the Island of Montreal in a peaceful site bordering the Lac Saint-Louis and surrounded by the City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, the Town of Kirkland and the City of Beaconsfield.

The City of Beaconsfield surrounded by the Town Baie-D'Urfé, the Town of Kirkland, the City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux and the City of Pointe-Claire offers a rather large variety of programs and services for adults, seniors and teen activities.

The City of Côte-Saint-Luc is surrounded by the Lachine Borough, the Saint-Laurent Borough, the Town of Hampstead, and the Town of Montreal West and one that created a 14 km bicycle route to encourage its residents to stay active.

A City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux surrounded by the Town of Kirkland, the Pierrefonds-Roxboro Borough, the City of Dorval and the City of Pointe-Claire and a neighbourhood parks concept that provides a park within one kilometer of each home.

The City of Dorval is surrounded by the City of Pointe-Claire, the City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux, the Borough of Saint-Laurent and the Borough of Lachine. A City where, every summer, a magnificent lighthouse with 108 "bird condos" welcomes the swallows.

The Town of Dorval Island is one kilometre long and half a kilometre wide. In Dorval Island, the roads are not paved, the 58 or so cottages open every Spring, close every Fall and the whole community makes sure the natural beauty of the Island is always safeguarded.

The Town of Hampstead is surrounded by Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and the City of Côte-Saint-Luc. There are many reasons why people like to live in Hampstead. Amont them, the Town is close to the City of Montreal, fiscally responsible and 100% residential.

The Town of Kirkland is surrounded by the Borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro, the City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux, the City of Pointe-Claire, the City of Beaconsfield, the Town of Baie-d'Urfé and the City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.

A Town of Montreal West surrounded by the Lachine, the City of Côte-Saint-Luc, the Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Le Sud-Ouest and LaSalle along with a community with many single family dwellings on streets lined with many trees.

The Town of Mount Royal Mount Royal is surrounded by the Borough of Saint-Laurent, the Borough of Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension, the borough of Outremont and the Borough of Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce.

The City of Pointe-Claire located on the shore of Lake Saint-Louis is surrounded by the City of Beaconsfield, the Town of Kirkland, the City of  Dollard-des-Ormeaux and the City of Dorval. A City well aware of the environmental, social and economic realities of today.

Agreeable moments in boutiques, in shops and in the famous Marché Sainte-Anne opened every Saturdays in one of our Montreal Cities called the City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue surrounded by the Town of Baie-D'Urfé, the Village de Senneville and the Town of Kirkland.

The Village de Senneville is surrounded by Pierrefonds-Roxboro and Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. A Village that is also home to a migratory bird sanctuary created under the Migratory Birds Convention Act of 1994 and administered by the Canadian Wildlife Service.

Among our 15 cities, towns, ville and village of the Island of Montreal, the City of Westmount is definitely our "Metropolitan Gem." A City surrounded by three boroughs, Le Sud-Ouest, Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and Ville-Marie.
