Graffiti vs Street Art

Graffiti vs Street Art, graffiti as in "writings or drawings usually sprayed illicitly on a wall or a surface in a public place" and street art as in "visual art created in public locations for public visibility"

Taggers, bombers, writers, whatever they call themselves, they all show audacity, creativity, skills but, unfortunately, graffiti in Montreal is considered criminal and is punishable by law, with possible legal consequences.
