Summer photos in our Jardin Botanique de Montréal / Montreal Botanical Garden with its many thematic gardens such as a Chinese Garden, a First Nation Garden, a Japanese Garden, a Frédéric Back Tree Pavilion and many others during what the Garden calls a Lève-Tôt entry card.
For 8$ per year, one can enter the Jardin as early as 6 a.m and profit from the tranquility and the beautiful landscapes constantly updated with successive blooms and changing colors.
I never arrive as early as 6 a.m but the time I spend walking around is always very pleasant and very relaxing.
Eventually, I start looking for a chair, a garden chair not a bench. There aren't that many, but I usually find the chair I prefer in one of the Arboretum Trails.
I relax for a while, profit from the surroundings and make a list of what needs to be done during that particular day or week.
I recently took pictures of many of the benches scattered around and of the one chair I found in my favorite spot.
